The price of pawn sugpo has increased

Recently, the price of pawn sugpo has increased in Tra Vinh province, especially big ones. In details, the price of pawn sugpo type I (20 shrimps/kilo) is 145.000-150.000 VND/kilo, increasing 25.000-30.000 compared with the early year while the price of pawn sugpo type II (30-40 shrimps/kilo), the type III (50-60 shrimps/kilo) is fluctuating at 75.000-110.000 VND/kilo, increasing nearly 10.000 VND/kilo. For the cause, the shrimp growing area has declined a half compared with the crop 2008; it caused a lack of supply. As a result, most seafood processing factories in Tra Vinh in particular and in Mekong River Delta in general are suffering from lacking shrimp materials; they have to narrow their performance.
